Machine features
This fully automatic carton gluer consists of a vacuum feeding unit, a gluing and folding unit, and a counting, stacking, and output unit. It features digital display, PLC-controlled amplitude modulation, and dual-frequency synchronous operation, offering simple, fast, reliable, and accurate control. It features automatic paper feeding, gluing and folding, carton feeding, counting, and stacking, with synchronous belt paper feeding and differential adjustment. Remote control within 100 meters allows for remote start and stop of the main unit, acceleration and deceleration, fan start and stop, paper feed start and stop, emergency stop, left and right arm adjustment, and gluing box adjustment. With an average gluing speed of 200 m/min, it delivers high speed and energy savings, saving labor costs.
Paper supply section
1.Adopting the belt front edge suction paper feeding method, accurate and reliable
2.The use of high-end electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system allows the paper feeding part to be controlled independently, making the operation simple and reliable.
3.The paper pressing wheel is linked to the folding part, and the height is electrically adjustable, suitable for cardboard thickness of 2-9mm.
4.The lower paper feeding synchronous wheel is linked with the folding part, with variable frequency speed regulation and paper feeding speed of 0-200m/min.
5.The front baffle and paper feeding belt of the paper feeding part can be adjusted left and right, and are equipped with a cylinder aligning device to align the paperboard regularly to ensure neat paper feeding.
6.The transmission sprocket is fastened with an expansion sleeve, which is more flexible, easy to disassemble and not easy to damage compared to the traditional keyway installation method; the sprocket and chain are double-row, which has a longer service life than single-row.

Coating the folding part
1.The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation system, which is noiseless, flexible and stable.
2.Imported high friction synchronous belt with drum reinforcement is used to transport cardboard, which is automatically stacked and has strong suction to prevent the belt from slipping. The paper feeding is accurate and reliable without deviation.
3.Stainless steel wheels ensure even glue application, trouble-free operation, and glue saving. The lateral movement of the glue box is driven by a ball screw, making automatic alignment more accurate. A dust baffle is also installed to prevent paper scraps and dust from clogging the screw and causing damage.

1.The installation requires a space of 15×4.2×3 (meters). For the convenience of operation and production, there should be a space of more than 1 meter from the wall on both sides, the ground should be flat, and the working surface of the equipment should be adjusted to a horizontal level.
2.This device uses a 380V (440V) AC power supply, which is connected directly to the power distribution box. Refer to the circuit diagram for details. (If 110V voltage is required, please specify in advance.)
3.Before starting the equipment for trial operation, make sure that all parts are installed and connected correctly, there are no foreign objects on the chain and belt, and it can be operated only after it is operating normally.
Note: The internal parameters of the microcomputer have been set and locked. Please do not change them without authorization, which may cause malfunction.

Adjustment instructions
(1)Adjust according to the width and hardness of the cardboard. The tilt of the cardboard should not be too large, otherwise it will affect the paper feeding effect.
(2)Adjust according to the length of the cardboard. Do not tighten it too much to prevent deformation of the cardboard.
(3)In addition to balancing the cardboard on the left and right sides, the bottom height should be 0.5-1.5mm greater than the cardboard height.
(4)According to the operation of the belt, if the paper feeding deviates, you can adjust the adjustment bolts on both sides appropriately. In addition, keep the tension of several belts the same and not too large. The company will not be responsible for any damage to the parts caused by this reason. According to the size of the cardboard, the redundant or inappropriate vacuum adsorption holes under the belt should be blocked or reduced with iron plates.
2.Host panel use

Adjustment instructions
Correct order of operations:
(1)Turn on the power and close the air switch in the electrical box
(2)Check whether the emergency stop button is working and turn on the reset button.
(3)In sequence, the main engine starts → left and right arm adjustment → fan starts → paper feeding starts. The equipment starts to work normally
Note: Before normal operation, the paper feed, paper feed station, and flapper positions must be adjusted and verified to be correct. Adjustments or trial runs can be made using the main unit's electronic buttons. If a paperboard problem occurs, the main unit can also be used to electronically adjust or release the system. Non-professionals should not adjust computer parameters; any adjustments will be at their own risk.
3.Gluing system operation:

Adjustment instructions: Adjust the left and right positions of the glue box to match the glue application position of the cardboard according to the size and position of the cardboard. Observe the glue position at (4) in a timely manner. (2) The diaphragm pump automatically circulates the glue supply.
4.Conveyor belt adjustment:
(1)Adjusting the conveyor belt gap

Adjustment Instructions: The gap between the two belts can be adjusted based on the thickness of the paperboard. If paper feed is not working, reduce the gap as needed. If insufficient pressure is applied to the center pressure roller, adjust the U-shaped studs to create the appropriate pressure. If paper feed deviates, adjust the tension on one side or the other. The overall gap should be balanced and consistent, ideally not too tight.
(2)Adjust the conveyor belt tension

Adjustment Instructions: Because this belt is too long, it will inevitably stretch during use. We must promptly adjust this area to maintain moderate belt tension. Failure to do so can lead to paper feed problems or even belt breakage. Properly adjust the cardboard guide tubes to ensure smooth, efficient, and efficient conveyance.
5.Pressure line adjustment:
(1)Adjust the crimping depth

Adjustment Instructions: If the indentation at the bend of the original cardboard is straight or the deviation is small, we can adjust this point without any effect. If the indentation deviation is large, we can correct it by adjusting the pressure here.(Based on the machine structure, refer to this diagram)
6.Automatic correction department:
The automatic correction part can effectively correct the fishtail scissors difference and other phenomena

Adjustment instructions: (1) The beating board plays the main beating role.Adjust the minimum distance between (3) and (1) according to the size of the cardboard. If the distance is too large, the beating effect will not be achieved, and if the distance is too small, the cardboard will be deformed.
(2) The main pressing board is usually located close to the beating board.
7.Counting and stacking section
Finished boxes are automatically counted, neatly stacked, and output in the correct size. The speed is adjustable and can be controlled individually.
Stacking speed 130 m/min

Adjustment instructions: (1) The gap between the upper edge of the baffle opening and the conveyor belt below is 1-3mm. The smaller the better without wearing the belt. If the gap is too large, paper loading will be difficult, and if the gap is too small, the belt life will be shortened.
(2)Adjust the front and rear positions of the light bar according to the width of the cardboard
8.Paper feeding adjustment
Adjustment instructions: Adjust the height of the upper pressing part according to the number of bundled cardboards. The paper receiving and conveying time are set by the system.

9.remote control system

10.Equipment care and maintenance
(1)The equipment should be used within the maximum adjustment range, and each transmission handle, handwheel and screw should be kept flexible and lubricated.
(2)Regularly check the tightening positions of each transmission gear, sprocket, pulley, etc. and the tension of each spring.
(3)All conveyor belts must be kept clean. If necessary, they can be wiped with a small amount of low-concentration detergent. The use of solvents is strictly prohibited.
(4)The rubber wheels must be cleaned after each shift to prevent the glue from drying and affecting normal work.
(5)The chain drive parts must be lubricated every shift, and the seat bearings must be lubricated every two months.
(6)Before starting the equipment, make sure that all parts are correct and running normally before operating it.
