Function configuration
A. Paper feeding section (chain-type paper feeding)
1) Four hanging chains, evenly distributed.

B. Die-cutting section
1) The outer diameter of the paper shaft is φ86mm.
2) Thick-walled seamless steel pipe, with surface fine grinding and hard chromium plating, the shaft head is equipped with a bevel to enhance the strength of the shaft body.
3) Balance correction ensures smooth operation.
4) The paper feeding wheel adopts a quick adjustment mechanism, which is simple and fast to operate.
5) The outer diameter of the impression roller is φ155mm.

11) The die-cutting roller and the acrylic rubber can be separated through a pneumatic eccentric device without die-cutting, which can reduce the wear of the die-cutting knife on the acrylic rubber pad when the machine is idling and extend the service life of the acrylic rubber pad.
12) Mechanical transmission can make the Youli rubber move 40mm left and right, which can evenly distribute the wear of the rubber rollers and greatly increase the service life of the rubber pads.
13) The die-cutting phase is electrically adjusted, and the operation and stoppage of the equipment can be adjusted.
