    ★ Upper tile roller, glue rollers are all controlled by pneumatics

    ★ The paper guide method adopts vacuum adsorption with an air volume adjustment device to maintain the stability of the corrugated pattern at high speed

    ★ The corrugated roller and pressure roller bearings are lubricated with high-temperature resistant grease

    ★ The gluing part adopts an automatic circulation glue supply

    ★ The upper and lower corrugations are made of 48CrMo high-quality alloy steel: after heat treatment, the hardness is above  HRC580-600,, and the surface is treated with tungsten carbide or hard chrome plating

    ★ The surface of the gluing roller has undergone mesh carving and chrome plating treatment

    ★ Manual or electric rubber separation device

    ★ There are two modes of independent operation for the shutdown of the gluing part. Main motor frequency control(optional)
