Main Features
● Schneider original four servo drive from France, with accurate precision and reduced mechanical transmission, can effectively reduce the failure rate of machinery.
● The entire control system adopts Omron PLC control system.
● All contactors inside the control box are made of Siemens brand from Germany.
● Relays and circuit breakers are from Schneider, France, while photoelectric and proximity switches are from Omron, Japan.
● The bottom mold and blades are made of Japanese tungsten steel (wear-resistant).
● The entire set of nail heads is made of original Taiwanese parts, which ensures a longer service life for the machine head.
● Changing the size of the cardboard box and adjusting the distance between the cardboard box nails can be completed in just one minute, greatly saving time and making the operation convenient.
● Can nail covered boxes&uncovered cardboard boxes (to be specified when ordering machinery if covered boxes need to be nailed).
● The rear section has an automatic counting function, and the finished product sheets can be stacked and sent to the end of the conveyor machine according to the set quantity (1-99) for easy packaging and bundling.
● The front-end paper feeding section automatically counts, and the paper feeding table is equipped with a photoelectric sensing device that automatically rises during paper feeding.
