Main Features
● The overall control system of this machine is a dedicated control system for the dual piece fully automatic nail box machine jointly developed by our company and Mosheng Electric. The overall control system adopts Mosheng Electric's closed-loop control system, and all servo motors use high-precision absolute value motors. Therefore, the characteristics of this system are high precision, fast adjustment speed (5-10 minutes for changing orders), and good compatibility;
● The entire set of nail heads are made of special steel and processed with special techniques, and are precision machined by computer numerical control; Using high-speed fixed nail heads for fast speed.
● The bottom mold and blades are made of German tungsten steel (wear-resistant);
● Can nail uncovered boxes; (Please specify when placing an order);
● One machine dual-use, capable of nailing single piece and double piece cardboard boxes;
● This machine uses a computer screen to display fault instructions;
This machine adopts an automatic wire feeding system, no wire alarm, 20KG large plate flat wire, saving time;
● Suitable for large, medium, and small cardboard boxes, fast and effortless nailing;
● Suitable for corrugated cardboard with three or five layers.
1. Paper Delivery Department:
● The paper feeding motor is driven by a servo motor, and the system is noise free, with flexible and stable speed regulation.● This section adopts a left and right dual servo paper feeding method for stable, efficient, and accurate adjustment.
● The leading edge paper feeding section is automatically adjusted to meet the paper supply needs of various specifications of cardboard boxes, making it convenient and fast.
● Equipped with a side tapping device to ensure that the paper feeding is not skewed.
2. One nail box section:
The leading edge will feed the cardboard into the nail box section, snap it into place on the front side of the nail box, and fine tune the nail mouth of the nail box section.
3. Folding section
● Linked with the paper supply department, variable frequency speed regulation.● Adopting imported porous belt conveyor cardboard, automatic folding, full process adsorption, and secondary rolling line device effectively avoids the phenomenon of skewed, slipping, and stacking of various types of cardboard such as weighted boxes, laminated boxes, and glossy boxes during operation, making the whole machine more stable and efficient, and the rolling line more accurate.
4. Secondary nail box section
● The nail box head is made of special materials and special processes, which are wear-resistant and not easily damaged.● The characteristic of this machine is that the high-speed fixed head is directly driven by a servo motor, with stable and accurate speed.
● The nail line adopts a 2-reel 20kg large flat wire automatic feeding device to reduce the number of wire changes and improve production efficiency.
● This machine can perform real-time single nail and double nail multifunctional operations on cardboard boxes.
● The nail speed can reach 600-800 nails per minute.
5. Electrical control system:
● The electrical control system of the whole machine adopts a dual piece fully automatic dedicated control system jointly developed by top domestic Mosheng Electric and our company. It has high response speed and all adjustment motors are controlled by a closed-loop servo motor control system, resulting in fast machine adjustment speed. The entire system adopts a distributed structure of various groups, which can effectively improve the reaction speed.Product Parameters
