Structure and Main Features
This container booking machine consists of a machine head, crossbeam, column, base, electrical part, and clutch part. Its main feature is that the material of vulnerable parts has been upgraded by one grade compared to other grades of box booking machines. The clutch key and clutch fork are made of 65 # Mn steel, and the wire feeder uses W18Cr4V. The selection of the gear number modulus of the umbrella gear is more reasonable, and it has been tempered to improve wear resistance, reduce noise, and extend the service life of the machine.

The transfer parts of this machine are all equipped with high-quality bearings. Daily lubrication mainly involves various sliding parts. The clutch part is located at the rear of the machine, and refueling should be done at least twice per shift. Inject oil into the lubrication holes of the knife, housing, and connecting rods 2-3 times per shift. Lubricate the bent wire head by adding oil to the sleeve hole behind the machine head plate. The lubrication of the tooth surface of the wire feeding gear is carried out twice per shift. The machine also adds a bevel gear oil hole, and oil can be added from the oil cup at the front end of the crossbeam. When you hear that the machine noise has increased compared to before, it may be necessary to add oil to various lubrication parts. It is strictly prohibited to operate the new machine without oil. During the break in period, add oil once more per shift (the break in period is generally not less than 5 to 7 days, which can extend the service life of the machine).
Instructions
Before use, please carefully read the instruction manual to understand the structure, characteristics, and precautions of this machine. Then, turn on the power and the pulley should rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow to turn forward. The machine should run smoothly when the clutch pedal is pressed. Cut off the power and insert the flat wire into the slot until it is in place. Once the driven gear is attached, the machine can work normally.
Precautions
1. Before starting up, check whether the screws in each part are loose. The ground wire of the electric motor must be grounded. Whether sufficient lubricating oil has been added to each refueling area. New machines are strictly prohibited from operating without oil.
2. If the body shakes after turning on, please flatten the base to eliminate it.
3. Check if the flat wire is qualified: (according to the flat wire specifications in "Specifications and Performance"). If it is not qualified, please do not use it.
4. It is strictly prohibited to use empty nails to prevent them from entering the shell and causing the machine to get stuck. If there are broken nails or stuck nails, you can check through the inspection hole on the shell cover to see if there are flat wires stuck. After removing the broken flat wires, the machine can work normally.
Adjustment and maintenance of machines
1. Adjustment of wire feeding time: The new machine has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and users do not need to move it again. If the wire feeding is not in place, please check the size of the flat wire and the spring pressure. Generally, the spring pressure cannot be adjusted too tightly, and it is best to deliver it to the desired position.
2. Adjustment of bottom mold height: Loosen the fixing screw of the support arm, turn the adjusting screw clockwise to raise the bottom mold, and vice versa to lower it. Loosen the two M6 screws on the bottom mold base to move the bottom mold left and right.
3. Adjustment of clearance between clutch shift fork and clutch sleeve: During normal use, a clearance of 03-05mm should be maintained between the two. This machine has already been adjusted and generally does not require further adjustment.
4. Adjustment of pedal angle: When the pedal is pressed to the bottom, the machine should be completely separated. If it cannot be separated, please loosen the M8 screw under the pedal seat, turn it up by one angle and fix it, but do not turn it too much.
5. Regularly check whether the screws and small shafts of each part of the machine are loose, and whether there is insufficient oil in each sliding part.
6. When burrs are found on the cut flat wire and it cannot be nailed properly, the wire feeding blade and cutting blade can be removed, sharpened, and then reinstalled, and the machine can work normally.
