Product Introduction
● The tolal length of the machine is 18 meters, and it consisls of 4 secions. The first four meters of the paper shaft 2 conveyor belt is 5MM thick, and the climbing belt.Motor of 2.2 kw.
● The two sections of the paper are stacked with 3 m sprocket, the stainless steel supporting board, and the motor is 2.2kw 2.
● The third section is 4 meters of the paper shaft 2 conveyor bel 5MM thick, cimbing belt. The motor is 2.2kw flap shaft with the welding square tube on both sides of the body. The rolling motor is rv1302.2 kw pneumatic stop paper and electric flip.
● In the fourth section of the stacking code, the motor rv1302.2 kw automatic discharge motor is 400w3 and the number is 1:5.
● The conlrol unit adopts high quality man-machine interface and high performance PLC to make up and dowm computer control system,which can connect the produclion line management system.
● The power of the conveyor belt adopts the variable frequency motor, the speed of conveyor belt can automatically track the speed of the production line, and realize the work requirement of energy saving and high speed.
● Each conveyor belt is equipped with independent motor drive, and it is easy to complete the board arangement,stacking and accurate calculalion of different speed and cutting length.
● The lifting height is 1.3 meters, can automatically stack automaic counting, and have the setting machine, can set the number of automalic interpolation.
