Main Features
The intelligent and practical B-type machine is the most economical and practical new fully automatic nail sticking machine for tertiary factories. This machine consists of five parts: paper feeding section, folding section, nail box section, counting output section, and electrical control section. Using PLC to control touch screen input data and servo motor control for nail box operation, the operation is simple and reliable. Automatic paper feeding, automatic folding, automatic calibration, automatic nailing, automatic counting, automatic stacking output, machine front and rear synchronization adjustment, order storage, distinguishing the working disadvantages of box gluing machine and nail box machine installation. The main machine nail gluing automatically separates up and down, one click conversion, left and right lateral movement, and nail gluing works independently, making adjustment more convenient, fast, and efficient. A. Paper Delivery Department:
1. The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation, with no noise in the system and flexible and stable speed regulation.
2. Using high wear-resistant porous leather to transport cardboard, adjusting stability, efficiency, and accuracy.
3. The paper feeding section can be electrically adjusted, and the pre pressing is synchronously adjusted by the computer, suitable for the paper supply needs of various specifications of cardboard boxes, convenient and fast.
4. Equipped with a side tapping device to ensure that the paper feeding is not skewed.
B. Folding section
1. Linked with the paper supply department, variable frequency speed regulation, and synchronized adjustment of folding and paper feeding pressure lines.
2. Using a porous belt to transport cardboard, it automatically folds and adsorbs throughout the entire process, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of tilting, slipping, and stacking of various types of cardboard such as weighted boxes, laminated boxes, and glossy boxes during operation, making the whole machine more stable and efficient.
C. Correction Department
1. There will be a shaping device in the folding section of this machine before nailing the boxes. Before nailing the boxes, the folded cardboard boxes will be reshaped and aligned again to ensure that the nailed boxes have no scissor edges.
2. The calibration department is driven by servo motors.
D. Nail Box Department
1. The nail box head is made of special materials that are wear-resistant and not easily damaged.2. The machine head is directly driven by a servo motor, with stable and accurate speed.
3. The nail line adopts a 2-reel 20kg large flat wire automatic feeding device to reduce the number of wire changes and improve production efficiency.
4. This machine can perform multifunctional operations such as single nail, double nail, and reinforced nail on cardboard boxes.
5. The nail speed can reach 700 nails per minute.
E. Counting and stacking output unit
1. Complete the cardboard box, repeat the process of aligning, counting, stacking, and automatically sending out the entire batch.
2. Bottom bonding surface ≥ 90% bonding width ≥ 20mm bonding position deviation ≤ 0.5mm.
3. The Lailun telescopic frame can be configured to connect with other devices as needed.
4. This machine can also be used to stick Taobao Box 10 (optional).
