Main Features
● The efficient and practical fully automatic nail sticking machine consists of five parts: paper feeding section, folding section, nail box section, counting output section, and electrical control section. Using PLC to control touch screen input data and servo motor control for nail box operation, the operation is simple and reliable. Automatic paper feeding, automatic folding, automatic calibration, automatic nailing, automatic counting, automatic stacking output. Synchronized adjustment before and after the whole machine, order storage, making adjustments more convenient, fast, and efficient. Advanced technology and reliable quality.
A. Paper Delivery Department:● Adopting the West Green high wear-resistant suction belt, each belt can independently control the size of the air volume. To ensure stable adsorption, the paper feeding section adopts dual drive servo front and rear separation for paper feeding. Each cardboard is
accurately conveyed separately in front and back for more precise positioning. The front baffle of the paper feeding section can be electrically adjusted on both sides, and the pre pressing wheel can be synchronously adjusted. The front paper feeding section can be electrically adjusted to meet the paper feeding needs of various specifications of cardboard boxes, making it convenient and fast. The glue box adopts the method of applying glue under the rolling wheel, with uniform glue application, no leakage and saving glue. The adhesive assembly of the cardboard tongue is pre pressed up and down twice to make the cardboard box more standardized.
B. Folding section:● The folding part has been equipped with multiple forming wheels, which re roll the original rolling line. The biggest feature of this machine is the full process suction paper feeding from the leading edge to the nail box part, which makes the cardboard box firmly adhere to the paper feeding belt, ensuring that the paper is not skewed and the surface of the cardboard box is not scratched, especially for better surface protection of laminated boxes and glossy boxes! Thoroughly solved the defects of high-end and low-end gearboxes working simultaneously in fully automatic mode. The middle steel strip is designed with an automatic lifting function, which is easy to operate and effectively avoids the tedious operation of nail sticking and swapping.
C. Correction Department:
● The biggest feature of this machine is that there is a shaping device behind the folding part and before nailing the box. The folded cardboard box is then subjected to an overall correction before nailing the box. The calibration department uses dual servo motors for calibration, and at the same time, it is compressed and fed into the nail box section with a synchronous belt to ensure that the nailed cardboard box has no scissor edges and meets the quality requirements of the cardboard box.
D. Nail Box Department:
● The head of the running nail box machine is made of special materials that are wear-resistant, stable, and not easily damaged. The maximum nail speed per minute can reach 1200 nails. The head of this machine is directly driven by an imported servo motor, which is efficient, stable, and accurate in speed. All bearings in the nail box department are made of imported brands such as NSK and SKF; We use imported high friction belts and synchronous belts to transport cardboard, and the belts automatically adjust the upper and lower clearances, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of scissors caused by uneven cardboard thickness or different belt tightness on both sides. The nail thread adopts 2 reels of 20kg automatic wire feeding at a time, reducing the time for wire replacement.
E. Counting and Stacking Output Unit:● Complete the cardboard box, repeat the process of aligning, counting, stacking, and automatically sending out the entire batch
