  • Product Introduction

    ● The hulls and supporting legs are made of 200MM channel steel, 60 linear optical axis, 4 piercing wheels, and 3 rows of belts. The conveyor belt is 3MM thick, the slope climbing belt and the control unit all adopt high quality man-machine interface and high performance PLC to form the upper and lower computer control system, which can be connected with the production line management system.

    ● The speed of the conveyor belt can automatically track the speed of the production line and change, realizing the requirement of energy conservation and high speed.

    ● Each conveyor belt is equipped with a separate motor drive which facilitates the finishing, stacking and accurate calculation of paperboard at different speeds and different cutting lengths.

    ● The suction lifting height is 1.3 meters, which can automatically stack and count automatically, and is equipped with a marking machine,which can set up automatic labeling of tensor Numbers.
